Road to the Enactus World Cup: Part 1
Enactus launched their Google Hangout series "Road to the Enactus World Cup" on June 12th. The series will highlight team stories from Brazil, China, India, Morocco, Singapore and the United States. Enactus kicked off with their reigning World Champions from Germany, Technical University of Munich who took home the trophy last year in Mexico. Featured will be their project, OneDollarGlasses, aimed at bringing the power of sight to less fortunate people around the world. Working with members of the community, the students came up with a business plan to empower local community leaders to become micro-opticians in Africa.
